Rusty Allotment Rolled Over By Red Star

It was clear to see that a lack of playing time in recent weeks had a big part to play in Allotment's 3-1 loss away at Seaham on Saturday. Allotment also missed the physical presence of Kanda in midfield . An early penalty set the home side on their way on six minutes as Seaham's number 8 Joe Hailes slotted home and he was to double the lead on 35 minutes with a good strike to send Allotment into the dressing rooms at half time 2-0 down.

Allotment looked a bit brighter after the break and Giroud pulled one back but it wasnt enough as Seaham wrapped the game up with a third goal.

However Allotment have a chance to make amends tomorrow night when they take on Whickham at home in a 7.30 Kick off and then Saturday another home game against Carlisle City at 3pm and with Newcastle playing away a good chance to see some live football.

Two new signings could make their home debut tomorrow as Allotment welcome Joe Robson from North Shields who is an experienced defender having played for a number of Northern League teams. .

Josh Stewart also a defender who was playing in the USA at Bulter College after being at NUFC as an U18 and U21s could also line up in the defence.
