West Allotment Celtic
Training for Juniors
Over the past three years our junior section has grown steadily , our club philosophy is to hold open training in the summer and not trials as we believe every child can be developed and it’s about the long term player development. We also believe in the early years that teaching ball manipulation and staying on the ball is very important. Of course over riding all this is fun and building friendships and confidence. All our coaches are FA qualified and share best practice. We also have level 2 coaches and those that hold UEFA B and FA Youth Award certificates. Our aim is develop a whole club approach and a feeling of belonging and for those that want to a route to Northern League football and Womens. Three of our current coaches have also played for the club as juniors and this shows our commitment to helping everyone develop.
