Best Ever

West Allotment wrapped up their season with another away win with the highlight seeing captain Michael Scott being handed the ball to take a second half penalty and scores his first goal in 165 appearances for the club. It was never in doubt as he smashed the ball home. This was Allotments highest finish in our 95 year history and the club would like to thank the players, committee, fans and sponsors who have all been part of a great season.

Whilst Guisborough had a lot of the ball in the game it was Allotment who always looked dangerous on the break and just before half time Allotment produced a good counter attack to take the lead with Conner Campbell getting his second goal in two games.

Second half saw Allotment create lots of chances on the break and when Scott McCarthy was taken down in the box, only one man was getting the ball.

The players and management team now head off to Portugal for a well earned break.
