West Allotment continued where they left off on Tuesday by putting five past Sunderland RCA to progress to the next run of the cup. With new signing Baltazar on the bench along with Thompson Allotment had a strong squad in attendance with only Guy Bates unavailable.
Allotment once again were quick off the blocks and Lowery on five minutes cut in from the wing to smash a low ball towards goal which the keeper parried into the path of McCarthy who slotted home.
The second goal was soon to follow with Lowery involved again playing a lovely through ball for McCarthy to race onto and slide the ball into the corner of the goal. The traffic was all one way now and Allotment added a third with Lowery again sending a low ball into the box which the keeper pushed into the path of Giroud who made no mistake.
Towards the end of the first half RCA saw more of the ball and had a great chance which Gladstone kept out but unfortunately his momentum took him into the post, the save fell to RCA and their forward was fouled and a penalty was awarded. Once Gladstone had recovered he was unlucky not to keep the shot out but the half finished 3-1 .
Within a few minutes of the restart Allotment scored again with a great run and finish from Giroud. The match then followed much the same pattern of the first half with Larmouth having a string of chances to add to Allotments lead and get his first of the season but a combination of good saves and poor finishing maintained the score. Allotment however did get a fifth after good play by Beeston found Thompson.
Allotment now move on to a home game on Tuesday against Seaham .
