West Allotment Ladies return to league action this Sunday with the visit of Washington to Kings Playing Fields at 2pm. The away game earlier in the season was a tense affair with Washington eventually winning 5-4 . Allotment will have to complete their season without a recognised keeper and Lizzie Dyke looks set to miss out this week with an injury picked up in training.
However the team hope to build on their away draw at Hartlepool United a couple of weeks ago. Looking forward to May sees Allotment play a further four home games in two weeks to finish off their season. The bottom three teams will be relegated for the first time ever at this level and at the moment its difficult to see how Allotment can survive.
