Allotment finished their preseason with a narrow 2-1 defeat away at Ashington in a very open and entertaining game. Next up on Tuesday night is the away FA Cup tie at Whickham which is an all ticket affair. West Allotment have added a couple of new faces to the squad in the last week with Callum Larmouth and Liam Beeston joining. Both had a run out last night in the friendly. On the coaching side Barry Rizza has joined who brings 20 years of playing and coaching with the Army.
A new right back has also been signed with Ryan Bolton joining us form Gateshead U19s , he looks an exciting young player with plenty of pace.
