Partnership Begins For Ladies

We are delighted to announce that we are now club partners with Newcastle United Women. The partnership will see the two Tyneside based clubs sharing their experience on the pitch , with United players returning from injury made available to West Allotment Ladies as they step up their rehabilitation.

The Magpies will also scout for fresh talent from West Allotment Ladies squad , which is already producing rising stars. This shows the rapid rise of our Ladies squad over the past three seasons and our growing reputation.

Our first loan signing has already been made with United skipper Brooke Cochrane set to make her Allotment debut this Sunday away at Prudhoe Town Ladies. Brooke had been training with Allotment on a one to one basis over the last few weeks and at our squad training this week.

This is great news for all Allotments squad who can train and play along side players such as Brooke to see the standards they must attain to progress. The implications are also great for the U18 and U15 girls coming up through the Allotment juniors . It is hoped next season that Allotment will also establish a reserve side to enhance the whole situation.
