West Allotment Ladies are due to start their league campaign in The North East Regional Women's league against Prudhoe Town next Sunday 27th of September at home. This will be first ever game for Allotment at this level and will be a tough new challenge for the team. However the squad are in good shape and delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Eilidh Paul who showed some great touches and scored two goals in the recent friendly against Chester Le Street Development. Eilidh has recently moved down from Scotland where she played for Glasgow University first team. As a junior she played for Boroughmuir Thistle FC in Edinburgh. David Dodds ladies coach said " we are excited to welcome Eilidh to the team as she will add quality and help our younger players ".
