Bishop Auckland have also recently dipped into the transfer market and done a deal with Northern League Division One high-flyers, Thornaby. The deal saw Jack Conner join Thornaby from Bishop Auckland with the latter receiving defensive pairing Jamie Poole and Anthony Callaghan in return.
As of today, Bishop Auckland have just appointed Chris Hardy as their new manager. Hardy has over 1,000 games as a manager under his belt and recently had a 5 year spell at Northern Premier League outfit Whitby Town before taking a break from football 12 months ago. Hardy will not be in charge for tomorrow's fixture with Allotment.
