After last season's successful campaign and the prospect of a new challenge in the North East Regional Womens League looming it was great to see that the majority of the squad from last season are staying. Allotment have moved to sign a new keeper Ella Metcalf as Libby Hall is off to Manchester Uni and we would like to thank her for her great work between the sticks last season. Annie Ritson, Eve Mullen and Aimee Parker have all decided to step back from football and they will be a miss too. We do expect another new signing to be announced shortly. Pre Season planning is now well underway with the following friendlies arranged.
13th August NUWFC (H) 6.30pm
16th August Gateshead (H) 2pm
30th August Blyth Town (A) 2pm
It is unsure at the moment whether spectators will be allowed but we will keep everyone updated.
